The following notes give you an idea of how the process from registering your details with us, to moving in, can happen.
Step 1: Register your details with us either via telephone, completing the online form or email
Step 2: Arrange a convenient time to view the property / properties of your choice
Step 3: Once you have chosen your desired property, we ask you to complete a reference form (please see our ‘Your questions answered’ page for full details of the reference requirements and terms and conditions).
Step 4: We will send your reference form to an independent referencing company. Most applications are processed within 48 hours, providing all information on the form has been completed.
Step 5: Upon successful completion of references, Fig Tree Properties will contact you immediately to arrange a convenient ‘check in’ date and time.
Step 6: Check in to your new property! We will meet you at the property and go through the details of the tenancy agreement and inventory. We usually allow 1 hour for a check in and then the keys are yours!
