Our fees

• Holding deposit of 1 week rent
• Deposit of 5 weeks rent
• To change or vary a tenancy agreement – £50
• Interest on late payment of rent – 3% above Bank of England base rent charged from the date the payment is missed
• Replacement of lost keys – variable
• Damage to property through tenant actions – variable
• Pet fees – unfortunately we cannot accept pets in our properties under any circumstances
